HP are rubbish January 9, 2009

After five months trying to get my HP Laptop repaired under guarantee, I have given up. They have worn me down. 70 emails and a lot of wasted time. I have bought a new Toshiba laptop even though the HP was only a few months old. Life is just too short to fight incompetence like this. I write this review as I feel it only fair that others know that HP's support is frankly a joke.
I would not have even given HP one star but Amazon do not give me the option.
