Great value little speakers November 26, 2008 SarahG 77 (London) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I've had these speakers for a number of months. I was debating which speakers to buy and how much to spend and after some umming and ahhing I went with this option - they cost around 20 from Amazon. They are great value for money - the sound quality is great, they're small enough to tuck into a weekend bag, and they recharge your ipod while it's playing. I use it for my nano and my ipod classic and have been really pleased with it.
Intempo speakers & dock November 26, 2008 SA Lockwood (Bristol UK) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I've rated this product as 5 star simply because of the excellent sound quality from such a small box! If I were to make constructive comments, they would be: 1) I have an 8GB Nano and when it's docked, it needs support behind because it easily moves on it's connection when you touch the controls to operate it. You need to be careful. 2) The volume control takes some getting used to. Each new dock starts off at zero because it doesn't remember the last setting. Apart from that, it looks great and boy, does it punch out a good sound! I have a true hi-fi set-up with Mission speakers through Rotel amp and Sony CD player, but this little gem holds it's own! Great buy for the price. I was thing of buying the Klipsch system but I've just saved myself about 50!
Excellent May 29, 2008 Joanne (Preston, UK) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This product is great. The sound is excellent and it is really small and stylish! I can highly reccommend it. NB it works with the ipod classic 80gb
take ages for great sound May 3, 2008 Mrs. E. Colliar (uk) 13 out of 15 found this review helpful
bought these and at first thought they would be good but didnt realise that you had to wait at least 1/2 hour till you can get a great sound out of them. i put it on then stick my ipod in, hit the volume button nothing then do it again some sound(maybe for a midget to hear) then i keep hitting it with my finger and nothing eventually after much swearing and leaving it and going back to it the volume eventually gets louder. not happy with the product at all. once its at a great volume it does sound great but takes a hell of a long time to get to the volume i want. keep looking for a button to wind it up.........lol.
