The previous reviewer must have rhinoceros feet! Even cheap trainers are fairly comfortable the moment you put them on but these uppers and sole were stiff, hard and promised blisters in several places within an hour. They are heavy, lack flexibility and any noticeable cushioning at the heel - feel more like wooden clogs - and as heavy. Ominously, after only 10 minutes indoor wear there was a crease by the toe which would rapidly deepen and split. If for fashion's sake you must buy, get a size too large and wear two pairs of socks with them). Mine came with an unwanted 'free' bubble-wrapped giant mug which was damaged. I binned that and have donated my Ollie Bigs to a charity calling tomorrow - not worth the hassle of sending them back. Caveat emptor or in other words, buy cheap, buy twice!
